Hello, very good morning colleagues, today I open this topic since I feel cheated by the people of gsm server which make a purchase from 03-24-2021 and until today 07-05-21, I have never received the payment for the which people do not respond and the seller is no longer friendly and does not respond, I would like you to help me to echo this situation since I had always had this page as it would be for this is what we have now, I will attach the conversations with the saleswoman, thank you very much in advance

I understand your disappointment, but in my humble opinion accusing GSM Server in cheating because your package was lost by postal service in transit is not quite right. Your order was shipped on the next day after payment received with Direct Link service RE889495576SE and we don't have any influence on that anymore. Anyway the claim you have opened today will be resolved in your favor, so there is nothing to worry about.
P.S.: saleswoman is on annual leave, please use Live Chat on our website instead
