Hello.

After of what actions this problem has been appeared? Have You tried to connect Box to another USB port? Have You tried to update phone's firmware? Please connect Box to another motherboard USB port and try to update Box firmware (go to "Welcome" tab in Software and press "Update Box Firmware" button) and then run Software again. Write here the result.
