Hello, Please change GND Location from ISP Socket & then Re-check
& if your eMMC is BGA221 then you need to connect BGA221 side in Box from Adapter.
(sometimes need adjust Volt & Bus Speed)

[NOTE: Some ICFriend/MOORC Adapter have Bug with Medusa Box]

Hello.

This is a BGA221 case - you need to insert it into the socket with the correct side and connect the socket to the box with the correct side.

Please check the connection of the flash drive by ISP according to the screenshot1 and screenshot2.

We are working with kmqn10006b-b318 (Already tested). Also, this eMMC is in the support for writing FW.

Unfortunately, your eMMC kmqn10006b-b318 is dead or you connected it incorrectly. This is a hardware problem on your end.
