I'm new user for Medusa pro II

I install lastest vertion 2.1.0

conect box but ligth done flash some seconds and turn off

update box firmware is disable

what can i do?

I try in 2 diferents pc's

which firmware version you see in software 1.24 or 2.00?

The vertion in software is 2.00
