Hello I want to buy a box without sim card medusa pro. whether it can or must re-register in order to be able to work with boxes pro medusa

If You already have old Medusa card or Octoplus with JTAG activation, You can buy only new Medusa Pro Box without card and use it with your Medusa/Octoplus card: http://gsmserver.com/item/boxes-and-...o-upgrade-kit/.

If You have no old Medusa or Octoplus card with JTAG activation, that's the right choice for you

You don't need any additional activation, just buy only new Medusa Pro Box (Upgrade Kit) and use your old Medusa card with it.

I have ordered the upgrade kit, everything works fine, but a like to ask is it possible to take out from usb key the smartcard and put into the box? Or need it use dongle + box?

Hi.

Yes, of course, You can put card from your dongle into Box and use it; it may need to install Box Cardreader drivers.

To work with eMMC, You need to have Medusa Pro Box, Octoplus Box HW doesn't support work with eMMC. You can buy only Medusa Pro Upgrade Kit, no need to buy any additional activation: https://gsmserver.com/item/boxes-and...o-upgrade-kit/.

Hi.

Yes, Medusa Pro has standard 20-pin JTAG interface (for JTAG/eMMC connection) and RJ45 Multiport, Unibox Capable (UART port). You can't use "octoplus box jtag cable" with Medusa Pro Box. To connect device via JTAG or eMMC using Medusa Pro Box, just solder all necessary wires to Medusa Pro JIG Adapter accordingly to pinout picture, and then connect the adapter to Box.

Yes, of course, just insert card to Medusa Pro Box, install drivers and run Software, that is activated on your card.

Yes, Medusa Pro Box has RJ45 Multiport, Unibox Capable (UART port), so You can use it for operating with phones via UART (COM) port.
