what's these inportance while raw file writing ?
Why should select it ?
when should select it ?
how select it ?

Size it's depends Upon CPU Density .
If which Size you need to read from Phone .
Ex- If you need to read the 512 Mb file from phone select the 512 Mb in size ,
If you need 512 Mb Raw Mode file select 512 Mb + check Raw option .

TCK = TEST CLOCK

It's control the test logic For Device in JTAG.

It's change depends variation of CPU , So select which is need For the CPU TYPE

if I unterstand it's not need to set SIZE while write RAW operation ? just used when read right ?

YES .. because while you write File it's automatically write the Size Of data..

So you need to Select while you READ
