plz need help other side if i repair hair c2076 phon workes good and blinking solved but why huweai 2801 and 2802 have that problem

i solve blink in 2801 1month ago in 2 phons but now thta phon is on still faild to flesh whyvwhat happend to ort now?????????

Remember to connect USB Cable that keeps the phone on and communication alive !
