I900 Repair Boot Problem "New Customer


Hi

I buy ORT-Jtag one week ago and its my first trying to repair phone boot via ORT,i have connected with Universal Kit which it's come with Box,so what i'm wrong because i can't connect phone on repair mode?

Same problem "Unknown CPUID=0x00000000" not only one,in the 3 i900 Omnia i have same problem,and all phones are come with booting problem,becase have trying to flash in the English language,what's problem supporter did you see anything wrong?

Universal kit can connect 2 ways but intact you should connect the right way which is VREF side should come to same side as RED line on cable if you are using grey cable for rainbow cable it's black side of cable is VREF
Also it's important that you use battery and USB cable to keep this phone powered on

After all ready click SCAN ! It always works :-)

Why read file works? erase & write not work where its problem supporter? we don't know perfect with new device but it's good to share experience with new customer.

brother connection problem ... so try to connect the pins manually ..
use the pinouts in support

this type of phone have 2 chip solution so u need to repair PDA section if it's damaged before going to modem flash :-)

Gpg Ort is a Real JTAGger's choice

GPG ORT it's real choice i know,so with that cable with have come,how to solder wires step by step because i don't have more skills on thiss method,its more important some steps for new customer ORT?

I have flashed complet omnia i900 with english rom but now not goin to power on,i don't know why?

Connect phone board's Vref to ORT's Vref.
Connect phone board's TRST to ORT's TRST.
Connect phone board's TDI to ORT's TDI.

Connect phone board's TCK to ORT's TCK.
Connect phone board's RTCK to ORT's RTCK.
Connect phone board's TDO to ORT's TDO.
Connect phone board's SRST to ORT's SRST.
Connect phone board's GND to ORT's GND.

and use the latest software and repair your device
