Have you tred with selection partition table as well ?

your repair file is wrong i think is 8mb

go to suport area and download i9100 repair file and check size must be 27mb

and you must see is phone gt-i9100 not i9100 like in your screenchot

and must see EFS selection in list of repair file

so you have wrong repair file
