hello to all !! customer try upgrade incredible s via ota update after phone stuck in upgrade process and now phone not go to download mode and only stuck in upgrade mode ( i think its in ram memory ) but pc see it in qualcomm tehnology mode ! i know boot not damaged only in ram memory problem(i think upgarde not fully downloaded after i on phone ram memory send command to processor for start upgrade and phone stuck) ! how solve this problem i think need erase fully phone after load correct full ( repair imei etc ) but i dont know how ? phone have 2 memories !

p.s. maybe who have full dump !

If your Phone not able to go Download Mode problem in BOOTLOADER .
If yes repair boot by ORT JTAG ,
After repair surely you able to flash your phone using Gold Card or Same Country Rom

i repair all with ort jtag radio boot,AMMS,HTC partition, spl1.13 ,device id, spl2 0.94.200 . and nothing phone in upgrade mode how erase this crap ?

and i need full to !

i think no one not know jtag and how working only know how push button repair ?
