Box not scen
What is this problem?

Any particular model or platform ?

I never have problem if Accordingly to JTAG pinouts connections are correct
I always get CPU and flash connected

If your box firmware is old use Ort plus 1.00 it's update box firmware automatically after ask restart software use latest version , after also same error check your connection

if anything wrong in connection of phone to box this error will appear So check connection once again

Sure bro , please make connections and click scan :-)
It scans JTAG chain if there is not available then fails
