There ort box and it only works with older versions. It is possible that in boxing the old version firmware. The new program runs but does not scan.

post screenshot your problem brother ..

Install correct driver and use latest version software and post the result

I use Ort plus 1.66 and install new drivers.When run ort tool 1.28 all work.
1.66 not scan and show Unknown CPUID=0x0000000.with new version i can,t scan phone.

You checked with what kind of CPU ? and what is the model of mobile post a screenshot pls

try with latest version ort plus 1.67 post the screenshot brother

Download ORT Plus V1.00 and Start !
It will update your old firmware and ask you to reset the box ,
After that close the software and disconnect ORT from USB and start Latest Version and try again !
