please help with this error, same error with 2 phones (ZTE F188 and S5230)

USE Latest version software , check your connection as well , you need USB inserted ,

Try 128 mb raw mode dump ...

but same mistake with the Samsung s5230 (Error: RTCK time out)

Error: RTCK time out (that's the problem)

some solusion?
