I have an old sim card but the serial number on this card can not be read.And I am told ' buy a new sim card and we will replace activation for you'. I bought a new one but since then nobody helped me to replace it.And now they ask me the serial number which is written on the old sim card.As ı mentioned it can not be read , and I am sure ı gave this information beforehand.I want my problem to be solved please.

If you card is dead and not detected, you need buy blank z3x smart card and write to [email protected] with problem, you need send logs with you SN of card, and team can transfer you activation to new card
