Easy jtag plus card not found

Bought a easy jtag plus upgrade kit , but the smart card not found for new v2 box ;for old box it's working.
Tried reinstall box and card driver unfortunately that doesn't help to fix it.
If Anyone had same issue please share your solution.

This is a correct card position for new box.

If you have cutted card, you need to restore it to original size.



Some Chinese sellers cut the cards (at old box revision).
You need to ramp up the card to use with new box.



One of variants:
neatly cut cards to Micro-SIM size at SIM cutter and use Mini-SIM adapter with it

As you mentioned the card position I inserted same way and the card is original size. got error -9103 (Z3X card is not detected.please check card inside.)

Might be 2 reason for it doesn't work

Card reader driver
1. The card detected in device manager in first time. So no issues with card. Can you tell me which card reader driver is appropriate for v2 box because I installed Microsoft generic CCID driver.

2.Box card reader damaged because for old version box it's working.

I asked seller about the card problem, he said "Z3X team answered that your card is very old and you have to buy Z3X Replacement Smart-Card."

But I don't agree because The old box bought in 2017-09-15, is that very old ? How it's possible if the card very old then Z3X team selling upgrade kit for the old box activated after activated 2017.07.07?

Please kindly verify it is card really need to replace.

replace last 4 simbols at card serial to xxxx

the seller must add activation to your card free.

if you have problems with him, mail me at PM SN of you card and SN of new box.

also you can post 1 star to the seller because he is deceiving you

Thanks for the awesome support unfortunately the problem is for the V2 box the card doesn't detect even in the device manger.

I already activate the card via Z3X support.

Yes, we have same problem, solution is reinstall again driver , test another computer, and got normally
