Did you try fix emmc for i9003?
It is the only one I got so far that I cannot fix but only remove or replace with another one.

Do you have trouble connecting cables?

This kind of eMMC cards are not responding on most commands. Unable to make any operations. Only replacement is solution.

Connection are ok if you got this error.
