eMMC 221 Detection Problem with Easy Jtag Box - GSM-Forum

I'm going by this attached wiring diagram and using the adapter of the attached picture. I can't get uploads to work and can't link since new. I uploaded the files here... (drive).(google).(com)/open?id=0B6qgUSg7VJLtWXcybmxaRklDdVU

I have the following wired

DATA0 <-> DAT0
CLK <-> CLKm
CMD <-> CMD
1V8 <-> VCCQ
3V3 <-> VCC
GND <-> VSS

I've tried 50, 100, 330 pull up resistors on DATA0 and CMD lines, but every time I get the following output when trying to detect eMMC (KMQ310013B-B419). I've also tried varying the voltage and clock rates since I don't have the datasheet.

FW Ver.: 01.55
CMD Pullup Level: 1773 mV
CMD Active Level: 2691 mV
Box IO Level: 2800 mV
CLK Rate: 21000 khz
HiPower mode is off!
Can't init device, Reason: CMD Timeout Error
Done.

Any thoughts that might be going wrong? Wrong ground? Wrong pinout?

maybe emmc is dead. try a new emmc
