According to HYNIX documentation on that chips - TYPE B is MLC Cells Health Status exceeded its maximum estimated device life time - it means that device used all reserved backup cells for bad block relocation.*

If your device is is 9008 it is very often. I normaly judge without isp. Phone is in 9008 unexpectly? => eMMC issuw

A .try backup dump of old data first.(for imei AND OTHER IMP DATA)
B>0 size gp partion.(programable only once)
C>write old backup/dump and firmware respectively

if any error occurs during process its a dead emmc.
but try few times worked for me in lots of devices
