Socket Information :
Socket Mark: EasyJTAG UFS Socket BGA-153 by EasyJTAG 19.05.19
Socket Serial: 01239AC90AD8D4E9EE
Socket Type: UFS_SOCKET_BGA_153

Can't init device. Error: -54. Reason: BOX: Wrong socket type, this socket licensed for another chip type

Did you mean ufs chip inside socket?
I tested it without chip also with samsung b0b1 new and used
No chip detect any more by socket this problem happend some time befor but after several reconect problem solved

I checked box pinout and found (13,7) D1 and D2 are shorted to GND
so it has two Cause
1. circuit shorted
2. xc65lx4 ic shorted
after removing xc65lx4 pin is ok . Is it xc65lx4 failure????

how I can fix it?
that is changeable?
who sells it?

Same problem whit 2 easy jtag plus interface.
