Question NM1482KSLAXCL-3B MCP slc nand


Hello i need some help with detecting this nand using easy jtag

according to the datasheet it's a bga162 nand i followed the emmc pinout for bga162 and i soldered them according to the pictures data0 clk cmd vcc2.8 and vcc1.8 and gnd but still the chip is not being detected in easy jtag



does it have another pinout ? can someone help

To connect NAND memory you need use NAND adapter and use wires to connect
Work with NAND is very difficulty

thanks for your reply , it seems the package of easyjtag i purshased does not include the nand adapter it seems i should buy the nand set alone , can't i use the isp adapter for jtag ?

it's a different interface
as eMMC and UFS
