Solution : Do "Reset Oppo" Operation by Easy Jtag Classic suit

Procedure:
1. Connect Device to Easy Jtag box via ISP pinout & Open Easy Jtag Classic Suit
2. Selelect Model Number and Check connection by "Detect" button
3. Do "Reset Oppo" Under EMMC/Advanced Tab
4. Done

There wes FRP in this device, I opened emergency calls and typed *#812#, FRP removed.
