i think ur efs damage ......check efs repair with octoplus box.

please bro where do i solder (VCC-2.8V) & (VCCQ-1.8) to Easy Z3x Jtag adtpor because i didnt see any label like that on it.i only saw 3.3v on i9300

bro 2.8 is 3.3v on the adopter thats it 1.8v is 1.8v

secondly those 2 ics written (vcc 2.8v),do i need to bridge them together and connect it 3.3v?

No you not need to connect.batery no usb no 2, 8.
