Read and write rom 1 and 2 is possible?

is possible I read the rom 1 and ROM2 a good phone and write to a phone off?
I read it is possible to boot files from a good phone and write to one this off?

use riff jtag its have full cdma and gsm all model and its bater for dead boot flashing and its not costly for easy jtag

I have a riff box to 2 years, did not know that the box riff was doing rewriting of ROM2 and repair direct EMMC!

With the boot area model, is the riff does not support, you can use jtag easy emmc tool ROM 1 = user ROM 2 = boot

So..i write rom 2 ( 2mb) only or write rom 1 ( 128mb) and Rom2 ( 2mb)?
