General Errors:

- Can't init EMMC, Reason: CARD Operation Condition Timeout Error
- Can't init device, Reason: CARD Ready Timeout Error
- Can't init device, Reason: OCR Ready Timeout Error [Check VCC or eMMC DEAD]


Problems and solutions (eMMC card it not answer to host commands):

- Bad connection, check connection, check eMMC power
- eMMC card fully dead, need replace
- eMMC card firmware dead, may be restored (some Samsung eMMC) via testpoint
- eMMC card firmware stopped after NAND cell lifetime is over, may be restored (some Samsung eMMC) via testpoint, but it dead agait after few days/weeks/mounth
