SM-G935V Error Reading IMEI

Hi Folks
When i do a "Read Phone Info" on my phone - SM-G935V, using samsung pro it reads most of the information but then fails reading IMEI with the error as follows:

Reading IMEI... error (1)

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.28.1

The same is showing correctly on the device.

getting some more errors while trying Backup option. While using read QCN options i get the following error:
