Exclamation Ufs 254 easyjtag socket: Chip not detected

Can someone please help me?

I've desoldered the memory chip of type KM3V6001CA off the phone, reballed it, and placed it in the easyjtag 254bga adaptor. But I'm getting the following error:

"Can't open link, Code: -56, Reason: BOX: Chip not detected"

Any ideas?

Exclamation Km3v6001ca ufs

Thank you for your reply, Layder. I've followed the article you provided. However, I haven't changed 47ohm resistors on the adapter because I'm not getting the same error as the guy from the other thread. I reballed the chip, used the socket, and still getting 'chip not connected error'. Have you come across this memory chip before? 'KM3V6001CA'.

Solved. Apparently, the chip is not UFS as the website suggests!

Turned out to be an eMCP which can be read via “UFS to EMMC” extension board to the 254BGA socket. Choose EMMC on the EasyJTAG Software and hit ‘Detect’.
