U can make pull up ressitor from vccq to cmd and clk.vccq-1.8 v and vcc-2.8v if u get confuse in your adaptor then simply check voltage by multimeter.

why dont you try and see for yourself the result i'm using that pin-out since, VCC and VCCQ is correct on that side of the adapter, take a multitester and test it's voltage and let's find out who's gone mad
