IQ Doctor Box whole flash chip erase address

Problem : IQ Doctor Box start the flashing and stop in 10% again i start flashing and now stop in 40% step by step i am trying but flashing stop in lead some %

now what i do this is software problem r hardware ?

Ans : this is software problem and you can solved it just by full erase the whole flash chip

how to erase whole chip flash ?

here is the whole flash chip erase address

for 8MB : 0x00800000
for 16MB: 0x01000000

for 32MB: 0x0200000
for 64MB: 0x0400000


after erase again flash the set and you will be happy to see , in this time flashing not stop to any % complete 100%

NOTE: i Test this method many times and when conform then i post here in forum !

i am sure this method will help a lot of use who face same problem using IQ Doctor Box
