Help with J70 Unlock please - GSM-Forum

I have just bought a sony j70 for a change as i usually stick to nokia

I want to unlock the phone to work on other networks as i have 2 spare one2one sims and would like to use one in the j70.

Which software do i use ?? can anyone send me please

Also i heard that a ericsson cable can be used with little modification is this true ?????

Hi.
To unlock your phone you can get program "sony all Z7" from
www.gsmbox.go.ro and go to "free software".

hi m8, i have downloaded the file and now i have just one more question if you please

I have a mbus cable with the correct connector but still doesn't let me read the phone is their a reason or solution to this ??

I have just tried the program and it gives "the data is invalid" message ??? this is without connecting the phone too. Can you explain what is wrong ?

Does the cable need extra external power or anything ?

Hi, i'm just new to this forum...

First I've a question....

I've a Sony J70

I downloaded the zip what is it this thread but I don't know how to use it

The Problem is not the datacable because .. i've a data cable but I don't know if I need external power or something...

I know that some mobiles need external power if you unlock it (i've also a siemens mt50).

Could someone help me please - I'm a newbie to this

some one else tell me what problem about unlock J70 :sw or cable problem i tried all sw for J70 with cable [my cable try all worked with all J-sieries,cmd-C5] but only J70 not work!!!

I get Power On Mobile ..

I got the cable of J5
and I've the right software
but he repeats that msg.

I tried to use external power and the cable --> nothing
I tried only the cable with mobile on --> nothing

What's wrong with it?

I never removed a simlock from sony

So if someone could help me ... plssss..
