Hi Alberto

I have 10 pc's from potugesse operator and I have excatly the same problem, they are all v6.7.1/1 , when I try to unlock always stop at 10% and says me remove the battery and start again... I try to downgrade the phones to 6.3.2 but the same after downgrade. I can unlock z5's of other versions without any problems but this 6.7.1 at this moment i can't unlock. <br />Any idea????

this is solution :

1. change PC, best tha way is Win98, 98SE, Don't run on XP, ME, laptop<br />2. when program say: "other model or cable problem" don't hit anything, you have to remove battery after that put back again and hit "OK"<br />tha is all, good luck 2 all
