PLZ help me to unlock c3312r sim unlock some times gives msl failed & some time show successful unlock but still locked & also there is no firmware for c3312r in support area check log

Hello.

Please alwais read and perform all the actions, which are written in the Software manual ("Help" button in the Software), how to perform the operation.

To make "Unlock" or "Read codes" do the next steps:

1. Write any firmware for this phone from the Support Area.
2. Connect the phone.
3. Click on "Unlock" (or "Read codes") button.

Try to select GT-C3312 in the Software list, write firmware for GT-C3312 and make Unlock or Read codes. Post here the result.

You should write firmware from the Support Area, not any firmware, that You want. Try to select GT-C3312 in the Software list, write firmware for GT-C3312 and make Unlock or Read codes. Post here full Software log.
