Can anyone help me on SM-G925i

Hello Team,

Can anyone help me on SM-G925i EFS file, because its nv is damaged and imei has gone to 350000000000006. I have already tried writing certificate but it gives error "security damaged". Also tried, writing different firmwares, wiping cache/hard reset and wiping cert but still not done. Device is on Marshmallow android 6.0.1. I don't have nv backup because it was damaged by some other technician. Can anyone help me on this?

Please remove SIM card from the phone, then repeat "Write Cert" operation. If problem will remain - please do the next:
1. Write first Security backup back into the phone.
2. Reflash the phone.
3. Root the phone with CF Auto Root.
4. Repeat "Write Cert" operation.

I don't have its original security file, because it was already damaged before coming to me. While writing cert from z3x it says "Error 8". Anyone have faced this?

Please check your PM, we have sent You a Security file. Try to write it into your phone, then try to perform "Write Cert" operation again.
