I have hands 10 phones cant unlock octopus box new version why?

Hello.

Try to put the phone into Emergency Mode manually. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.
To enter emergency mode, reconnect the battery, press and hold "4"+"Power ON" buttons.

Also, please use the latest Software version.
