Card Not Found?? - GSM-Forum

i was using my box and it suddenly started disconnecting at random the app would run for about 5 mins before closing with a card not found error, now the app wont even start i just get card not found.

on trying to update it does see the card but tries to connect to several servers, fails the first two then gets a connection but bombs with a could not create secure connection error (error code: ALXCVASDAZX)

how can i fix it or is it broken? its a fairly recent box, it was bought in december

Re-start the PC, re-connect Box, install the latest Software version (Software), re-connect the Box and re-update card again. Post here Software log with the Update procedure.
