I can no longer find what to do with this tool, every time I want to use it it tells me that it is in use on another pc. I don't have more computers to move the license, I have explained my problem to support and they never give me a solution. I mean, I lost my money buying the full license. the only thing they tell me is (try again) and I can spend the day trying and they won't let me in.

if support reads i would prefer a refund of my license, this software is rubbish.
