Please read out Full flash from the phone ("Read FullFlash" buton in the Software), upload it somewhere and post here link, we will research and try to prepare test Software version for You. Also, try to write Full flash from the Support Area and then make Repair IMEI. Write here the result. |

If problem remains the same - close the Software and upload latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. Post here download link, we will check where might be the problem. |

(writeimei R1.5.9.1) phone on. and spd diag port driver installed (1.5.6.1) windows 7 and 10 tested working with all firimwares |
