Error code: ALXCVASDAZX - Octopus Activation Transfer? [Answered]

I tried to clean the CARD.
I tried to transfer card to other card reader.
Same problem.

Do I need to buy a blank card for activation transfer?

Hello.

Please, remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card.

You can try to update your card on another clean PC with installed Software. If problem will still remain, then:

Most likely that your card is damaged by third party software in your PC. You need to buy new card. Please contact to our managers in Sales Chat at www.gsmserver.com for more details and for special offer for users, who have damaged cards.
