G360F, emergency calls only.

I got a g360f, with no IMEI and cert Fail.

After properly repairing necessary regions.

wipe EFS, Write CERt , write QCN, the phone always shows emergency calls only.

Imei CERT is ok, says Pass.

I noticed I can use a roaming mode SImc ard, I mean, a foreign Sim card will connect, but now a home Sim card, even though both sim cards will use the only nationwide network available here.

any idea?

Hello.

mr.raulka2003 and mr.KGM-peshawar are right, IMEI of Cert file, which You've used might be in provider's "black" list. Try to write another Cert file.

I have used different certs, and get same results, in my country the black lay works different to other countries, here the phone twisters ok but when you place a phone call or send receive sms your contact get locked, to unlock your contract and start using your phone number again you must return the imei barred phone to the telephone company.

It must be something else, with a foreign sim cats it works, so if it's not a hardware issue

Try to reflash the phone, then try to find and select Network manually.
If problem will remain - read out QCN from another SM-G360F, which works correctly in your region and try to use it for your phone.

This happened to me once with n910a,and I solved only after writing a qcn from the same phone off the cert, I mean qcn and cert from same phone

We recommended to read QCN of another phone, not Cert file. If IMEI of Cert file, which You've used, is not blacklisted - no need to write another Cert file.

Am not sure if cert file is blacklisted or not, there is no way to be sure.

I will have to find first a cert file which am sure is not blacklisted.

I have writen some QCN and get the same result.

I but there is something rar or different in the QCN I have written and the baseband in the phone.

I will post the differences shortly.

it is about the QCN file Name and the name in the phone is modem, as read with the octopus software.

most QCN I find are like this:

MPSS.DPM.2.0.c5-00018-M8936FAAAANUZM

But this phone reports:
MPSS.DPM.2.0.2.c1.7-00014-M8936FAAAANUZM-1

maybe this means something and maybe not
but I would like to try a QCN matching 2.0.2.c1.7

Look the image

And here is the phone I wanna fix
There is an unknown line, does it means something?

The menu can look different because this is another model. We can't say what exactly represents "Unknown" line.
