Hello.

What was initial state of the phone? Why did You decide to reflash it? Please post here full Software log of "Write Firmware" operation.

Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode, then check whether phone powers on correctly.

before flash set restar after some time i flash with odin after flash hang on logo no recovery boot

Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares. If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, problem will remain the same - please check phone's HW.
