G750A backup QCN/NV


Hi does anyone had any luck backing up the QCN/NV items from the Mega 2 ATT version...? Tried with Oct box/qpst/DFS/z3x(selelcting dff model) but all failed to read diag on phone even though is selected on 0808. Drivers are up to date.

Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Connect the phone directly to PC.
11. Perform "Read Info" operation from the "Main" tab in the Software.
12. Perform "Read QCN" operation.

Post here full Software log.

HI,

DISCON. ALL BOX FROM PC ,AND USE MAIN PORT PC DONT USE USB HUB ALSO TRY IN OTHER PC AND DO AGAIN---

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.

Try to re-flash the phone with another firmware, make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition and perfrom steps 1-11, which I have written above, again. When phone's info will be read out correctly from the "Main" tab in the Software, write QCN.

Connect the phone directly to PC and try to perform "Read Info" operation from "Main" tab of the Software on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual Select" option.

No nv items either...but after I repaired the imei, network came back up no problem

I really don't think has anything to do with it... but thanks....I think there could be something with the DIAG connection on the phone maybe something similar to whats going on with the S5 with lollipop that you have to select in recovery mode in order for the DIAG to work. This phone has 4.4.4 Kitkat and does not have that in the recovery....
