Did You read Software manuial attentive, before perform Unlock operation?

Sprint Unlock
Insert non-Sprint SIM card ("Invalid SIM" should be on phone's screen), this is important!
Download and write proper modem from Combination firmware from the Support Area ("SAMSUNG/COMBINATION" folder).
Connect powered-on phone to PC via cable.
Install necessary driver.
Click "Unlock" button.
Follow software instructions (prompts).
