All Certificates files, which we have, are present in the Support Area (press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software) in the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK ANDREPAIR/Certificates/".

Make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition, Wipe Security and Write Cert again.

Write the first QCN backup, insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually. If this will not help - read out QCN from another SM-G710 with active network.

If even in this case network is still disabled - most likely, IMEI from the IMEI Certificate file, that You have written, is in the "black" list of your network operator. Try to find another IMEI Certificate and write it.
