Hello.

Please perform "Read Info" operation from "Android/EFS manager" tab of the Software and post here, or send us in private message, full Software log of the operation.

Sorry my english please
You can do a Downgrade to 4.1.2 and then with the octoplus make a Networ repair. This can help.
Or if you cant downgrade then upgrade to 4.3 and then use the I9300_Repair_efs.tar from the octoplus support.
I hope this can help you.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

"CP : Unknown" means that phone's firmware is damaged. You should try to reflash the phone as well.
