Hello.

Please block highlighted pin with a tape and try to connect the phone via Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable with 523-525kOhm resistor.

To make "Factory Unlock", do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software.
3. Connect the phone to Box via Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303 cable and press "Factory Unlock" button.

Please look here video manual: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/10632357-post73.html.

Note: if your device can't be connected via Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303 cable, please block highlighted battery pin with a tape (look at the picture above) and try again.
