How to slove problem.

Hello.

At first, please install the latest Software version

Then, try to do the next:
1. Re-install Samsung USB drivers and restart PC.
2. Re-enable "USB Debugging" option (turn off the option, then turn it on again).
3. Press on "Revoke USB debugging authorization", then press "Ok".
4. Close all third party Software (Samsung Kies, Android managers, modem dashboards, etc.).
5. Disconnect all third party devices from PC (other phones, modems, boxes, etc.).
6. Connect the phone directly to USB port of PC motherboard.
7. Try to read phone's info again.

Also, make sure, that "DM+Modem+ADB" option is selected in *#0808# menu and Diag Config is set to USB value in *#9090#.

Try to use different USB Ports of PC motherboard for connection. Try to perform "Read Info" operation on different COM ports with enabled "Manual select" option.

Read Qcn no problem

All metoth tested same. Virüs the Pc ... Need format.
