Please, disable firewall and antivirus, then try to perform operation again, if problem still remain, try on another clean PC with installed Software and drivers.

antivirus and firewall off
tested on win7 and xp

android version is 6.0.1 and after write that file phone hang on logo

after 5mintues pc detect phone and octopus finished the job

point is phone hang on logo but pc detect it and octopus finish the job after that flash phone and every thing ok now
