Which root You have used exactly? Such error can arrise, when You haven't rooted the phone correctly. Try to use IRoot. Also, do the next:

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Run the Software.
3. Root the phone.
4. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
5. Make Repair IMEI.
6. Close the Software.
7. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your device and say You the result.
