How to root and unlock i337m 5.0.1? - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I just got a I337MVLUGOC4 is a 5.0.1 version

What's the proper way to unlock without loosing reception / damage the phone ?

Downgrade and unlock then upgrade ?

Or root and unlock as usual ?

Please advice thx

try towel root .. even if says failed.. install SU from store..

Towel root will not work on lollipop phones. Towel Root will only work on phones that have a kernel date before June of 2014. Anything after that was patched.
