As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Please re-flash the phone with different firmwares and after writing each firmware check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" operation.

I use this firmware for all my i337m need flash
its original firmware downloaded from samsungfirmware
do you have any idea which firmware can I use ?

Try to write different firmwares from the Support Area and after writing each firmware, check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).
