I8730 imei lost and unlock failed. - GSM-Forum

Here is my log. The sw stuck and nothing happened.

Hello.

Please try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Write the first Security backup ("Security-GT-I8730-35694605********-14-01-2015_18-03-
40-.asec") back into the phone, to return the device into the previous state.
3. Re-start the phone.
4. Re-flash the phone.
5. Root the phone.
6. Make Unlock again.

Post here full Software log of performed operations and tell the result.

Not success.
Reflash-root-make unlock but stuck sw at the same point. imei 0/00.

To connect GT-I8730 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
10. Press Home button.
11. Go to dial window.
12. Enter "*#9090#" number.
13. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
14. Restart phone.
15. Press "Read Info" in software.

try downgrade to another firmware and root again...

Please repeat steps 1-6, but with "I8730XWAMB8_KPNAMB1_Netherlands_Android_4.1.2.oct " firmware on step 4.
